Exterieur:
A 3 kms de la plage de Saint Aubin sur Mer, dans le village pittoresque du Bourg Dun, à mi-chemin entre Dieppe et Saint Valery en Caux (17kms), maison non fumeur, de 80m2 entièrement rénovée. le chauffage est électrique . Le gîte est situé dans une impasse tranquille et un parking privé est à votre disposition.
Accès direct au jardin/terrasse, exposé coté Sud/Est, avec chaises et fauteuilsde jardin. Vous pouvez ainsi déjeuner agréablement le matin au soleil. Le jardin est cloturé et agrémenté d'un barbecue.
Wifi/Internet dans l'hébergement (utilisation gratuite pour recevoir et envoyer vos mails et pour consulter internet). Animal domestique accepté (merci de nous consulter pour les conditions d'accueil).
Pour votre sécurité un extincteur, une couverture d'extinction et les détecteurs de fumées sont installés.
A 200 mètres vous trouverez un épicerie,une boulangerie et l'Office du Tourisme.
The outside:
3 km from the beach at Saint Aubin sur Mer, in the peaceful village of Bourg Dun, half-way between Dieppe and St Valery en Caux (17 km) you will find our non smoking, holidayhome. The house (80 m2) has been recently fully renovated and has central heating. The holidayhome lies on a dead end street. You can parc your car on a private parking.
From the french windows in the living room you enter the sunny terrace on the South/East. You can enjoy the morning sun, while having your breakfastside. The private garden is fenced off and has its own garden furniture as well as a barbecue.
Free Internet service (WIFI) is given so that you can read and send your mails and look something up on the internet. A dog or other pet is allowed ( Please consult us for the conditons in advance). For your safety: a fire extinguisher, a smothering blanket and some smoke-alarms are installed.
A small grocery and the tourist information center are to be found at 200 metres from you holidayhome.
Au rez-de-chaussée:
vous trouverez un salon, une salle à manger et une cuisine ouverte.
Equipé d'une télévision, radio, d'une grande table avec 4 chaises, 1 canapé 2 pers et 2 grands fauteuils.
Vous disposerez également d'une coin cuisine entièrement aménagé. (four électrique, hotte, frigidaire avec petit congélateur, micro-onde,grille-pain, cafetière et bouilloire électrique). Naturellement les meubles de cuisine sont remplis afin que vous ne manquiez de rien.
Le gîte est bien équipé (mobilier, vaisselle, sèche cheveux, fer et planche à repasser, éteindoir, un aspirateur, le séchoir à linge, quelques produits pour nettoyage etc.) pour 4 personnes. Je peut vous envoyer un liste d'inventair.
On the ground floor
you will find a bright dining area with a lare dining table including 4 chairs and a living area with television, 1 sofa and 2 armchairs.
The kitchen corner includes an electric cooker, an oven, a microwave, an extractor hood, a fridge witha small freezer compartment,a toaster, coffeemachine and a waterboiler. Cupboards fully equipped. Everything for a comfortable stay.
Your holiday accomodation comes complete with inventory that corresponds to the number of 4 persons. (for example" plates, mugs, pans, cutlery, glasses, other household items such as a an iron, a hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, toiletpaper, and some cleaning products). An inventory list can be send to you at your demand.
Au 1er étage:
vous trouverez 2 chambres. Une chambre avec un lit double ( 140 x 190) et une deuxième chambre avec deux lits d'un person (2 lits 90 x 190). Les lits sont tous sans pied d'un lit. Vous disposerez également d'un salle d'eau (cabine de douche et lavabo) et WC indépendants.
Les couettes et oreiilers sont à votre disposition sur les lits. Vous pouvez louer les draps chez moi, ou amener les draps vous-même.(si vous amenez vos draps : vous aurez besoin d’un housse de couette de 1.40 x 2.00 / une taie d’oreiller/ et drap housse pour un matelas de 90x190)
A la demande: fourniture de l'équipement du bébé: une chaise haute, un lit parapluie (avec un extra bon matelas en les draps), un matelas à langer ainsi que un baignoire bébé.
At the first floor:
you find two separate bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed ( 140 x 190). The other bedroom has two single beds (2 beds of 90 x 190). All beds have no foot ends. You will also find a bathroom with a shower-cabin and a wash basin and separate toilet.
On the beds are duvets and pillows. You will need to bring your own duvet cover (200x200 for the double bed and 140x200 for the single beds), fitted sheet (for mattress from 90x190) and a pillow slip.You also need to bring your own baht towels.
At demand available at a small extra charge: a baby bath, baby changing mat, a high chair and a travel cot (foldable babybett) with an extra mattress and furnished with beldinen.
